Terms of service
These terms govern your use of Matchday. By creating an account or entering a tournament you agree to be bound by them.
1. Acceptance and accounts
You must be 13 or older to use Matchday. Your account credentials are personal — sharing them voids any responsibility we have for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
2. Acceptable use
Use Matchday for its intended purpose: organizing, entering, and following padel and racket-sport tournaments. Don't scrape, automate, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the service. Don't impersonate others or submit false tournament results.
3. User content and intellectual property
You retain rights to content you submit (display name, bracket scores, tournament metadata). By submitting content you grant Matchday a non-exclusive license to display, store, and distribute it as needed to operate the service. The Matchday name, logo, and software are owned by [Pap to fill in legal entity].
4. Disclaimers and liability
[Pap to fill in with counsel.] Service provided as-is. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that scores entered by tournament organizers are correct — disputes go through the organizer, not Matchday. Liability capped at [amount per Pap's counsel].
5. Termination and changes
You may close your account at any time via /me/settings. We may close inactive accounts after [retention period] or accounts that violate these terms. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced via email and/or in-app notice with [N] days' notice before the change takes effect.
